75 friends from whole Germany spent a weekend in Berlin – present and future of the diamond way in Germany.

On the occasion of the premiere "Hannah – buddhism´s untold journey" Lama Ole arrives in Berlin and visits the new Berlin center. What a joy – just in time we completed our preparations.

We did it! After weeks of preparations, today was the day of days. We moved in. Smoothly. And shared a first meditation with about 80 friends who helped today. Berlin is united after 15 years. And had a drink or two.
December 21, 2017
We are now literally sitting on cardboard boxes with all our belongings in them. Today there will be the last public meditation in our center in Schöneberg followed by a feast. Tomorrow there will be the last public meditation in Milastraße/ Prenzlauer Berg. As of Dec. 23 both centers will be closed due to our move and merge.

We did it! Today at 1pm we signed the contract to buy our new center. Our precious transmission lineage will have a new home at Charlottenburger Str. 27/28 in Berlin.

From now on we hold weekly meetings with all teams in preparation of merging and moving both centers. Everything keeps developing very quickly. We are deciding on items like the regular meditation program in the new center and how we want to furnish the new center provisionally during the rebuilding. Our decisons are then usually celebrated at the bar.

Last Diamondway Teacher lecture in one of our two centers with Lena Leonteva from Moscow. Excitingly, the friends from Moscow moved into their new center in September and we are following suit in January. Presently, many things start happening for the last time. Soon enough most everything will happen for the first time! Wow.

First meeting of both centers in preparation of our move! We are planning ot move at the very beginning of the new year: all work teams prepare their move, cleaning action of our new place, tool and general storage concept, new ,Team Sandwich‘ (our catering), transport and logistics, first provisional furnishing etc.

Shortly after New Year‘s both present centers will merg and move into Charlottenburger Straße. The group of pioneer inhabitants will also move in in January and be present during the rebuilding phase of approx. 6 months. The rebuilding will likely begin at the end of February. Presently our architects are busy almost 24 hours a day with planning and acquiring all the necessary approvals from the building authorities.

Dear Friends,
These are fantastic times! Due to the geneorsity of numerous friends from all of Germany (and beyond) we have in fact accomplished to collect our necessary equity of two million Euros. We can now borrow money the rest of the money from our bank and meet the purchase price.However, we all still have the possibility to donate. Each and every donation will support the realization of the project.
We already have the purchase contract in our hands and it is being checked by our lawyers. Everything is looking very good and seems to be matter of days now. You can start cooling the champagne!
Yesterday, there was a meeting with the whole Berlin Sangha and we talked about how singles, couples, parents children, students and guests can happily under the same rrof in the future.. Our mood is great and everything has the taste of a new start.Lama Ole also called from Guatemala yesterday. Over the course fo many years we had shown him many projects in Berlin. Yesterday he said: ,This time everything felt completely different.‘ He is happy with all of Germany. Everyone was all smiles. Greetings to you all!
We are deeply inspired by the power we have when we work for a common goal. What is happening here truly goes a lot further than only Berlin. It lets us grow together beyond center and country borders. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We are already looking forward to hosting many of you in the future!

Lama Ole‘s letter and blessing have inspired all of Germany. It is moving and deeply touching how we all stand together.. Thank you - directly from our hearts. Everyone‘s financial support is truly amazing - but so is our shared idealism. With this view diamondway is standing on solid grounds and is carried on many shoulders. We are very happy!

Dear friends,
Autumn Course in Berlin including auction: We had ,the Lama in our hearts‘ and friends over for visit. Beside all the inspiring lectures on our transmission lineage we enjoyed sharing time and stories with one another. This morning we were able to organise a spontaneous tour to the new place. Many friends like enjoy its warmth and are reminded of Copenhagen or London. Yesterday‘s auction which included a strylish auctioneer, a debt collection agency luriking by the exit and uncomprimisable and strict assitants on stage resulted in sore laughing muscles and 15,000 Euros.
state of the project: We also were surprised and touched by Lama Ole‘s clarity - a center not only fo Berlin, but for all of Germany. Of course, we are now implementing this input into our plans and we are already expecting among other the visits of many friends in the future!
purchase negotiations: We are the only party the seller negotiates with and are awaiting to be handed the first draft of the purchase contract. As soon as we have it in our hands we will have to weeks to check it and come to an agreement. Thus, we honestly want to reach our donation goal of 2 million Euros until October 15.
Donation sum so far: everyone‘s collective joy is amazing: direct conversations, emails, feedback and also at our stand at the course venue. Everyone‘s generosity is touching! - the present sum of donations is approx. 1.4 million Euros.!

First tour of the new project for the whole Berlin Sangha! An official tour allows everyone to get an impression. Fascinated and touched we have the hope to get a center after well over ten years of searching and trying. An object that seems to have been built to meet our wishes!
